Welcome to Masketeers.com. By using this website and purchasing or downloading products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

Masketeers.com provides downloadable animal mask templates in digital format.

No physical items are shipped.

2. Personal Use Only

All downloads are for personal use unless a School Licence is purchased.

You may:

  • Print the masks for personal, home, or classroom use
  • Use them in schools, parties, or activities

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files
  • Upload files to other websites
  • Sell printed versions of the masks
  • Use the designs for commercial purposes

3. Free Downloads

Free products (such as A–Z masks) are also subject to the same personal use restrictions.

4. Payments

Payments are securely processed via LemonSqueezy and their payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).

We do not store your payment details.

5. Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at info@masketeers.com with your order details.

Refunds are provided in good faith and are intended for genuine cases where the product does not meet expectations. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, including repeated or excessive refund requests.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, files cannot be returned.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, files, and content on Masketeers.com are the intellectual property of Masketeers.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Access to Files

After purchase, you will receive access to download your files via LemonSqueezy.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost downloads due to user error
  • Device compatibility issues

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from use of our products
  • Printing issues or user modifications

9. Licence Options

Personal Use Licence (Standard)

All purchases include a personal use licence. This allows:

  • Printing for personal use
  • Use in a single classroom or household

School Licence

A School Licence allows use of the purchased files across an entire school or educational setting. This includes:

  • Multiple teachers within the same school
  • Use across multiple classes
  • Printing for students within that organisation

The School Licence is valid for one physical school location. It does NOT allow:

  • Sharing files outside the licensed school
  • Uploading files to shared drives accessible by other organisations
  • Reselling or redistributing the files in any form

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
